Stephanie Filzer
@ Daniel Schaefer Stephanie Filzer Stephanie Filzer (nee Grander) has been working in the family-owned company (managing director) since 1990 and was the first apprentice of the company. Stephanie has 3 children, and after a "maternity break" she has been actively running the company again since spring 2011. She supports her brother, Johann, in all areas of management.
Stephanie Filzer talks about material and non-material values:
"Our world is strongly influenced by hectic and material values. My father has always taught me openness and tolerance, and I want to be a good example for my children as living a life in balance with nature."
