Then we tried it on wine, it smoothed out the taste of wine and this morning on black coffee, it smoothed that out also. So, we are very impressed. Now we are trying out the big unit on our plants using our good well water (Before we hook it up to the City house water supply) to see how they respond since the plants have no placebo effect, it will be a true test.
