The experiments with differentiated HL-60 cell cultures also revealed that, as opposed to the other two water samples, GRANDER WATER® has the effect of significantly inhibiting the development of endogenous superoxide anion radicals if the cells are accordingly stimulated.

In his experiments, Prof. Dr. Dartsch subjected three water samples (GRANDER WATER®, still water of a discounter, and still water of a popular brand) to cell-free test systems to examine whether they were capable of inactivating oxygen radicals in order to prevent oxidative stress.
